As the game commences, participants are dealt five cards each, with one additional card placed on the table. Players proceed in turns, laying down cards that match either the suit or the number of the open table card. Strategy deepens as players must remember to announce "Last card" when down to a single card, failing which results in a penalty of two additional cards to their hand.

When a Two is played, it forces the next player to draw two more cards, unless they can respond with a Two or a Joker, triggering a cumulative effect. A Four allows a player to skip the next opponent's turn, while a Seven grants an extra play. The Joker, the wildcard, burdens the next player with drawing five additional cards.

Scoring adds an intriguing tactical layer. Should a player accumulate 200 points or more, derived from the unplayed cards in their hand after each round, they're eliminated. Cards carry varying point values, with a Two contributing 20 points and the formidable Joker adding 50 points to a player's tally.
